      All kinds of free snacks, including ice cream, surrounded by different dev kits, helpful teammates and good management. Can work on my own side project when the main tasks are done.

      The company outlook can be improved and the building is old. Should clean up the workplace if possible. WFH is impossible.

We take pride in the positive, helpful workplace experience (including snacks!), but a large part of that is the talented folks like yourself that contribute their expertise and innovativeness. Our old offices on 3rd Ave certainly painted the picture of a startup in growth mode, but lucky for us, we have since moved in to our new HQ just down the road - and we love it.       Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
