      Organizational sprawl lead to lots of lost time trying to find the correct people to contact about problems. Unclear what benefit the board of directors brings to the company.

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
