The office is nice and well-equipped. We have small rooms rather than a crowded open space, which I really like. My colleagues are friendly, helpful, and reliable—it makes coming to work enjoyable. We get snacks, drinks, fruits, and even free lunches, which is a nice bonus. Every now and then there are little perks like clothes or beach gear. The company also offers Greek and English lessons, participates in charity activities like park cleanups or dog shelter walks, and organizes fun corporate events. I like that management notices issues and tries to improve things.

Communication could be smoother at times, and managers don’t always have full visibility into what employees are working on. Also, the parking lot is a short walk from the office (about 5–7 minutes), which can be a bit inconvenient.

Working here has been an amazing experience. The company truly values initiative, technical excellence, and collaboration. I’ve had the chance to work on exciting data-driven projects with talented and motivated colleagues who make every day productive and enjoyable. Management is approachable and genuinely listens to feedback. There’s plenty of freedom to experiment with new ideas and technologies, and you really feel trusted to make an impact. Pros: Supportive team, strong engineering culture, modern tech stack, flexibility, and great atmosphere.

Cons: The cafeteria food is way too good — I’ve definitely gained a few kilos.
