Too much politics , people get promoted on favouritism and hard working people are forced to feel demotivated by manager's lame feedbacks. Manager's working here are incompetent and just come here for passing negative comments on people whom they dont like. Try to put you in PIP so that there favorites can get good hike. I have seen this my team.
