Great company with great benefits and opportunities

There are no cons worth mentioning.

The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
