You will have to deal with the filthiest environment I've ever been in, unless you work in the front offices, which are a separate building from the actual molding facilities. You will be expected to work overtime whenever it is posted and you only get paid time off you earn throughout the year. Your union reps are all friends with the main office. If you have a grievance, good luck pal. They will fire you because your shirt is the wrong color.
