I don’t have much bad to say. You need to be a strong willed individual with a competitive and hungry mindset. No sitting behind a desk and employee mindset.

Nice people, positive team, good work ethic

Inefficient, like having everyone come to morning meeting at 7am, even if only doing the 1pm-7pm shift. So going through traffic and wasting time. This is basically a pyramid scheme, with un unsustainable business model. They promise young people all these great things, without being completely transparent or realistic. They use those same scummy sales tricks to lure you in. Pretty much, I would be happy to sell a good product, not one that you have to be deceiving about, and where people come asking for returns and swearing to you, because you really scam them.
