      I really liked the products I was working on. I liked a lot of how the processes were organised, nice balance between the actual work and inevitable bureaucracy.

      Management are very inconsistent in their decisions. The management roster itself is very wobbly. Key people today may be replaced by other people any day. It's really head-spinning.

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.
