- Management seems to be all over the place. There is a lot of money being spent, but it's not allocated in a way that seems to make sense. They have hundreds of thousands of dollars of equipment that isn't in use because no one currently there is trained on how it works. They desperately need a consultant or appropriate architect to come through and redesign things. - no reasonable change windows for IT changes. You're expected to pull multiple 6 am Saturdays a month. Don't be shocked if you were up until midnight the Friday before because something undocumented went wrong. - total lack of processes. It's the wild west out there.
