I really loved working at Rodgers Townsend. They created high-quality work, but also weren't overly corporate and had great values that they genuinely embodied. It was refreshing to see in a normally money-focused industry that may sacrifice quality.
Svantaggi
I think they relied too much on the main client accounts and weren't willing to pick up some "smaller" work. Which proved detrimental as we did lose that major account and lots of jobs were cut.
