Vantaggi
*I've worked for 4 agencies and 3 clients as a Senior Recruiter. This is the best firm I've worked for based on opportunity to close positions and client relationships. Clients trust RodgersHouder with quick and professional results. They are not on a long list of recruiting agencies, it's always 1on1 relationships with quick feedback and lots of hires. They continuously outperform competition and winning is part of the culture here. If you wanted full control over your compensation, then take a job here. If you work hard, you'll work from 8-4 and will hit your compensation goals. The owner is extremely passionate and a kind person. Hours are normal, no turnover really, and adding new team members is an exciting moment here. It's quiet some days when we are in the weeds, but for the most part everyone is having fun and there's some great personalities in the office. Dan takes the team out to nice lunches constantly and you'll have trouble rejecting the offer.
Svantaggi
This aspect might be bad for some recruiters out there. This job is not for people with low aspirations or want to work remotely. Dan Rodgers is an industry mogul that you can learn a lot from and he's highly involved in your day-to-day strategies and sourcing. This company believes in being together and working as a team, in-person. The only con is an absolute requirement to be on-site with the team, working together towards goals, and celebrating in-person. Also, if you don't have a sense of humor, are cold or insensitive, you wont enjoy this place. If you like to laugh and have fun, then you'll have a blast and look forward to coming in.
