I’ve had a really positive experience working at NIP+FAB as part of Rodial. The people are one of the biggest strengths of the business. Everyone has been friendly, collaborative and genuinely willing to help each other. There are some great people across the team who work incredibly hard, care about what they do and bring a real can-do attitude every day. The brand itself is a great one to work on. NIP+FAB has strong products, a clear identity and a lot of opportunity, which makes the role exciting from a digital marketing perspective. It is fast-paced, but in a positive way, and there is always something meaningful to get stuck into. Leadership has also been a real positive. The business has a good leader who leads by example, is hands-on when needed and actually gets stuck in. That makes a big difference to the culture because it feels like everyone is working towards the same goals, with support from the top. The HR and onboarding process was also really good. Communication was clear, the process felt organised and welcoming, and it helped make the transition into the role smooth. It felt like real effort had been made to make new starters feel supported and set up properly from the beginning. Overall, it is a great brand with great people and a strong culture. I can honestly see myself being here for a long, long time.

As with many fast-moving brands, there can be a lot going on at once, so you need to be comfortable working at pace and managing priorities. That said, the team around you makes it much easier to navigate.
