As a private institute, it offers perks that the mainstream doesn't (e.g.cakes and biscuits at break time, coffee machine, free yoga lessons, etc.). Colleagues are lovely and there's always someone ready to help.

Very little freedom in doing your job, it looks like everything must be submitted and then approved by Senior Team first.

Great environment free food, travel paid and great pension. Love it
