So many branches and rapid growth sometime there is bumps with collaboration between teams, and there is not a lot of person connection from many executives and the lower management.

Decent schedule and hours. Allowed to leave on breaks to get coffee.

A company abandoning core values for massive profits. Terrible communication. Other coworkers will spy and narc to management. Small office in the call center with a tight clique. People who peaked in high school.
