Small but passionate and incredibly capable and tightly knit team. Ex-Lionhead management, which is great as loads of experience and ambition. Senior team also extremely friendly, veterans of the industry and eager to share their expertise. Great hiring practices means even the juniors that come through the doors are highly skilled, passionate and independent. Currently fully remote so they give employees a lot of self accountability and autonomy. They were nominated for Best Small Studio at Develop 2024.

The pros can also often be the cons. High ambition can often lead to scope creep. Fully remote impacts team cohesion to a degree.

- Supervisors value my opinions - high pressure but high efficient management - Great colleagues. I learn a lot from them. - Everyone have their chance to shine. The best part is need to worry making error. At least I made tones of error. Just find the solution and fix the problem and learn the lesson.
