No one wants to work, people are lazy and if someone else doesn't work then you are blamed for that. Someone else's work is asked from you to get completed. Internal Politics is there. People somehow try find a way to delay the work. The one who performs is asked to do everything whereas the ones who don't work are not said anything as they are old employees. A 5 minutes work is finished in 1 week. So you can imagine the kind of atmosphere. Stressful environment. Chaotic place to work. Everything is done in unplanned and chaotic manner.
