Lunches are great, the trips were excellent. Overall its impressive what the CEO has accomplished - he is admirable.

You will be worked for the bone and the compensation will not balance out. Toxic workplace - you will be there for a fun time and not a long time. All of the cons are detailed in other posts - the reason they are so exhaustive is to really inform you what you are getting into. Just follow the patterns. It is the worst part of ad tech. There some real deal herbs working here.

Thanks for your feedback, appreciate your kudos on our office perks and our annual kick off event - we think they are pretty great too. We also agree that our CEO has many admirable qualities and is a strong leader. We can see that our fast paced environment is not for everyone and it is something we will do a deeper dive on to ensure we can elevate some pain points for our people. And while we want our team to have fun, just as importantly we want them to be happy and feel recognised. The paycheck was on time. The infrastructure didn't get in my way technically.

•Ideas I brought up in meetings were routinely dismissed, only to see the exact same ideas approved weeks later when repeated by someone within the inner circle. •Meaningful projects consistently went to those already tied into the right connections, and it was clear capability had little to do with it. •Real mentorship and guidance existed, but it happened in closed conversations I was never part of, while others received constant support from senior engineers. •Key decisions were made in small informal groups, and I would only learn about them after everything had already been decided. •I was repeatedly assigned lower visibility infrastructure work while others were given opportunities to grow through impactful projects.
