Great benefits, culture and work environment

Very structured and growth maybe slow

The people are amazing. They will teach you everything you need to know. Everyone takes pride in their work. True collaboration. People stay until retirement.

The customers can be hard to deal with. After a while of being on the phones, you are drained. Unless someone passes away, there is very little room to move up.
