- Young and hip employees (almost all of them are gen Z), so they keep up with new trends - WFA (3x WFO, office located in Kuningan) - Friendly owner - Normal working hours (09.00 - 17.00 and yes, you can go home on time) - Near public transport (LRT, TJ)

- No pay raise for as long as I worked here - No bonus - Almost every project is "dadakan", Project Roro Jonggrang is our daily task - No clear procedure / SOP, bad team communication - Human resource is not good either, don't have program that develop team-bonding activities - Very understaffed and underpaid If you are looking for a job "for fun/to fill your time" this is a great place for you to work. If you are a person who is looking for money and experience, I suggest another workplace

- The employees were okay and the generation gap were not very far, which made it easier to give insights with minimum hesitation - They mainly used MsTeams, which was a plus for me not to combine personal things (especially on whatsapp) and works - This fast paced industry gave spaces to learn more - Payroll (almost) always on time

- Underpaid (like, very. With the amount of workload and tax) - Spent too much time gossiping in almost every meetings. The meetings were held for 6-7 hours (3 hours were the shortest) when they could actually cut the gossips and made it to just 1-2 hours meeting. - Overwork. I was assigned with so.much.works during the company’s holiday and didn’t get paid at all.
