Blame culture with managers always looking for someone to use as a scape goat. Don't listen to employees. Managers always want to do things their own way. Too many plans that are never fulfilled. Too cost orientated which has lead to dangerous penny pinching. Too long to get the simplest tasks done if you need others input.
