Time and again, Roofr has encouraged me to set healthy work boundaries and maintain balance between my career, personal life, and long-term goals. Managers actively support their teams in managing workloads and prioritizing mental well-being rather than focusing solely on output. In my role, I work closely with new hires during onboarding. There’s often a moment when someone asks, “This sounds too good to be true—what’s the catch?” I always enjoy that moment because the honest answer is simple: this is the Roofr way. Everyone plays a part in maintaining and strengthening the culture for the next person. Professional development, skills training, and career opportunities are strong advantages of working at Roofr. I truly do have have a bad thing to say about Roofr. The only things that can come to mind when thinking of Cons is that working here has been an incredible experience that I know other employers will have a hard time living up too.
