I can not stress enough how supportive the management team and ownership has been. The ownership and management team here at Roosevelt are some of the hardest working people that I know. They really care alot about the relationships that they build with fellow employees, customers, prospects, mill contacts, vendors, etc. Ownership is always looking for fresh ideas, ways to improve and welcomes feedback from anybody who works here. This is evident by the annual plant town meetings that are held at all 3 of our locations, plant/office safety meetings and the various management and strategy sessions that are held throughout the year. I started working here at Roosevelt 27 years ago, I started off as a Junior level programmer, worked my way up to Senior Level programmer, then IT manager and now as CIO of the IT department. I am living proof that you can form your own destiny if you just put in the work.
