Toxic environment. Most EE’s desire to treat it like a charity not a business. Extremely unorganized from a mgt perspective. Id be horrified if I were an investor and knew how they blow through money.

My manager was horrible . Instead of development and truly helping the team we felt as if he was just against us Pay was lower and work load was higher
