Got my foot in the door - Recensione dipendente - Claims Associate presso Root Inc.

I worked for Root as a contractor and was about to be brought on as a full time employee with Root. However they ended up laying off every single one of the contractors. Leading me to apply for a claims position with Root instead of working with a 3rd party company as a contractor. About 4 months into this position the company laid off over 400 employees. After being apart of two separate lay offs with this company it was apparent there was a lot of background noise going on.
