Every team handles claims differently and you get a different answer depending on who you ask. They could stand to benefit from streamlining the claims handling process. Too many templates, too many places to go to get what you need to handle a claim

My manager was horrible . Instead of development and truly helping the team we felt as if he was just against us
Pay was lower and work load was higher
