Management is very in touch with employees. The company has a vision about its directions. The people there are family-oriented and positive. The benefits are pretty good for a smaller company. Two blocks from Jamacia Station, so LIRR, subways, and buses all meet there.

Processes are little antiquated, but they're really working towards updates.

Company has a strong market position and is committed to manufacturing in Queens, NYC. Family-owned, the company has one of the most diverse work forces in America, treats its people fairly, and strives to satisfy the customer base.

Company does not have a modern HR function, and many of the senior managers have little experience of how other companies work (this is not totally a bad thing!).
