      You will work overtime in the busy seasons, mandatory weekend days, no beards, no visible tattoos, forced cellphone and uniform fees even if you never need additional uniforms in the year or use the cellphone outside of work. Even with PTO, you have to make your quota up or you’ll be working longer hours or weekends to make up for lost time.

      A Rottler himself implied I would no longer have a job with the company unless I injected a chemical into the soil around a customer’s garage for earthworms, a beneficial organism that isn’t on a treatment list of ANY chemical in the industry. Illegal practices like that are rampant within the company.
