      Better than minimum wage because of the tips. I like my customers (more than I like my coworkers).

      Undercompensated and overworked. After kickbacks to the company they pay me under minimum wage. (I only stay for the tips) Toxic work environment. Managers are unprofessional and manipulative. They don’t value their employees and lie constantly.

      Pay could have been better, wrong concept for Roseburg (Clubhouse) menu was too diversified, should have kept it simple. Parent company was not committed to the people who worked for them.
