Work its self isn't bad, I enjoy doing dough especially.

Corporate loves to play the blame game, doesn't want to help hire people and also location has been through 6 GMS in the year I've been there. There aren't to many real consequences, people that need to be fired aren't.

Tips can be good, good manager

You make minimum wage as a supervisor, things break a lot and owners don’t seem to care about employee wellbeing. Also understaffed and overworked but there are still demands to cut labor/hours
