Unfortunately, a rotating door of management creates a lot of instability. While working here, I watched four managers leave the company, and two moved to other locations. The disconnect between management and staff is often felt and decisions made from the higher ups are not understood and therefore not respected by staff. Decisions feel cold and staff being left in the dark creates rumors and unhappiness.
