Everyone feels united, yet the office isn't too far from the MRT. Pantry is cosy. If you love ownership over a single project, this is the right place. Celebrations such as Christmas are really joyous occasions and celebrations are held inside the office.

The management is rich, and all, but you earn the minimum wage of $1600 (after CPF deduction). They flaunt it around the office and yet the computers in the design office continue to share Adobe CC between computers. Roxwell carries their own products which they're very proud of. The product is plastered over the entire office. Weirdly, the 'big' office seems empty. I did countless projects for govt tenders and never won any. The whole system is flawed as the designer spends countless hours working on the project, only to be presented by the project manager (they are nice peeps) before failing the tender and wasting all my time. Before long, another project gets thrown at you. Although working after hours is mandated in the contract, the entire staff had to gather to complete a set up on a public holiday (like the end of the year), during dinner hours, without overtime or extra pay. Lastly, the pantry is almost always empty and designers really eat alot when they are stressed!

- Absolutely no personal time to yourself, after working hours and on weekends. - Working hours extends till 5:00am in the morning and expected to reach office by 9:30am - Obviously understaffed yet management does no action to hire more people - Very poor treatment towards the staff doing manual labor (delays income and no proper housing for them to stay) - Very poor management; they are lazy, unhelpful and expects excellent delivery - Zero welfare for staffs - No taxi claim for working late - Reimbursement takes 3 months or more - Expects you to work everyday for 24 hours w no rest - Avoids vendors as they do not make payment for their services - All talk, no action - WORST PLACE TO WORK, EVER. - Colleagues are judgmental and fake, no harmony. - 0 career advancement.
