Royal London is a great place to work, not only are we are the largest Mutual Life and Pensions Insurance Company in the UK but our ethics our second to none. We are strong and passionate about Social Responsibility and are currently working hard to promote Wellbeing within the company. Part time employees in my experience are treated on their merits and are treated no differently to full time employees and if you create your own opportunities for promotion (or even a sideways move into another part of the business) then this is fully supported. We are a dynamic company and in all my working years Royal London is the best company I have ever worked for, the number of people who have left (for whatever reason) and uttered the words "I wish I'd never left..."
