Apart from the discounted tickets and a pretty good Christmas party there is little else. Senior management micromanage projects to the extent it causes conflict with suppliers. The line manager I had did not support me and HR are nothing more than a plight that would rather push you out than fix internal problems. They are pushing for improvements but will not invest in recruiting people to do it and instead makes those who work there work at a velocity that causes burn out. Their aim is to get more money from the customer rather than look after the staff they have which will push the efficiencies they need to make positive RoI. All if this is from a my own personal experience
