Roytec is very family friendly and is like a second home. The people at all levels are very supportive and are like a second family. There is always a way to move up in the company when you earn it. The diversity of my team and the Roytec family is amazing. Everyone is welcome as long as you are willing to put in some work. The CEO and executive team are doing very well at keeping the family dynamic and great environment in general.

The pay is not the highest but it is competitive for the industry. Insurance options are decent.
