Very inflexible customer service policies made handling customer complaints difficult. Some of the larger accounts were controlled by sales manager which made earning top commissions more difficult With industry changing (more internet companies and temporary Halloween stores many of whose head office accounts belonged to other sales execs from US), extra competition with smaller regional accounts had a big negative impact on commissions.

Management are hypocritical and play favorites. They have endless time to talk to each other, leave early, and take extra long lunches, all without explanation.
