There was some team reshuffling a few years ago with ownership changes, which caused a little instability, but things have really leveled out and the company is in a good place now

There is a lot of room for individuals to grow and be challenged by new things. Things can move really quickly. Not all projects but some have pretty fast turnaround times based on client need. Process can change often as we learn of better ways to do things, but can be a little difficult to keep up with.
