Work-life balance is challenging with tasks they mostly assigned late in the day leading to extended work hours and during critical project phases very limited rest. There have been instances where employees including working parents with young children are expected to work until very late at night or early morning hours regardless of gender. Better planning and workload distribution could help improve employee well-being and productivity. There are also instances where employees feel their contributions are not fully recognized and concerns raised by team members could be handled in a more supportive and constructive manner.
