Constantly changing tasks which allows you to grow and not become bored, the staff really let's you take on all challenges if you seek them out, Extremely smart people around you which helps you grow and learn, the staff typically gets along very well and there are lots of social outings as a staff, flexible work environment if you use it to your advantage, the training they provide is excellent as most employees are recruited and/or take exciting jobs in a variety of fields after working here, they continue to increase the benefits and do lots of little things for us, introduced summer Fridays which was amazing!

Lower on compensation levels, not as formal about growth plans (but they do allow growth but the objectives to reach aren't as clear), this is a high demand work environment which can be a negative to many people but a positive to others, they have a higher client to staff ratio than most firms, some very strong personalities in ownership.
