Great Employer, Limited Opportunity For Certain Departments - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Russell Bond

I have been with Russell Bond for over 5 years and I have find my manager to be dedicated and interested in improving results. My co-workers are really great too creating a good company culture to work in. Being an ESOP company is a bonus.

No one company is perfect.

There are very few positives. The BIGGEST positive is the people I work with are great and it's close to home. .I do like the work I do and keep hoping for better things to come.

Management has no clue what its employee even do on a day to day basis. There is favoritism clearly shown to certain employees. There is no room for advancement - unless you are one of the select few noted above. AND it helps if you are a male. Russell Bond has had 9 employees leave since the beginning of the year. WHY??? Because people are unhappy and are finding better opportunities elsewhere. The benefits get worse every year and the pay is much less than what other insurance whole sales or agents pay.
