High turn over - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Russell Finex

HR is dishonest, does not call companies back on ex-employees waiting for a verification - they have a high turn over in the last 4 years, and the pay is low. They give a small amount of increase and say it is a cost of living increase (which is a joke) Management is out of touch, they do not care about their employees - the UK takes too much time off and shuts down a month at Christmas which causes delays in Manufacturing the machines - customers upset or in some cases angry.
