Transparent relations with managers makes this company beyond your satisfaction. Being an offshore employee there is a great coordination with my manager siting in US. My manager seems to be the best person I had worked till now. Understands me well and respect my ideas and resolve the queries I have anytime. Senior Management in US are so supportive and best people in the industry.

Sometimes I feel left behind as in terms of growth being an offshore employee. I see growth of myself in the company but still have not got any. I have kept my fingers crossed expecting the things will be changed and I will see myself at another level. Senior management local in offshore office are OK (10/6)
