Constant stress, all they are concerned about are numbers. Their metrics are ridiculous and if you do not meet those metrics, you are out. The managers act like they are your friend, very salesmen like. But once you are of no use to them, out you go. Also, your first day you are made to sing in front of the entire company. I’m pretty sure it’s for the owners amusement.
