-Communication is non-existent especially during training and starting out. New hires want to feel acknowledged, asked if they are ok or need some additional help. -Learning everything entirely on our own with minimal help from staff. If you need the help, you have to initiate in which is a balance between not being too annoying and also getting what you need. Can be a difficult task.
