Everything is micromanaged. You're treated based on your title. They have no problem letting people go without notice or reason. Work/life balance could use some help. There was some pretty shady stuff going on when Covid hit, where the owners didn't seem to think the rules applied to them. No annual raises or increases. If you want a raise you have to ask for it and it's like pulling teeth. I was able to get two increases in 8 years.
