The model of myRyan is completely innovative - having flexible work environment (where everyone focuses on results, not hours) really does make a difference; this approach holds you accountable for achieving goals, but allows for a great work-life balance. As software developers, we are encouraged to keep up with the latest and greatest (having unlimited access to Pluralsight helps a lot)
