- Leadership should also to be good enough as company to implement the policies. They (not all) are real policy breakers and nurture informal batches. Ensure to give Apple (no policies and one year promotions) to these people only. They even create fake stories and achievements for their people. - Few follow Gender priorities and promote to have female coordinator, supervisor and so on. - They have to question themselves before asking for flexibility howmuch they are flexible to be with all employees instead of being with a batch. Promotes high biased ness and shows zero fareness. - Having a title of SM is not great but ensuring fairness for all levels equally is important. They want to involve in all the things even if team wants to celebrate, party, and forms small fun committee too. -Orders to all women to go attend the WIN meetings irrespective of the interest, while female employees from other departments were going as per their interest. Even in female employees also, biased for few. Lot of disown by female employees but they cannot share upfront. - Thank God I left these people and worried alot to leave the firm. - Our Manager (God knows what he does and just nods head for the boss words. Firm takes actors) is there are to say yes for all the decisions they make. Sad to see powerless Ms, AMs and TL's, who could not take decisions and to depend on. - Has to understand how all the employees lives are tied with their early corporate life and give that minimum value to all equally. - Promotes lot of internal conflicts that showed our people to be a part. - These people can't survive outside as they created batches and have comfortable chain from Top. - There are incidents even few issues were reported, again same were hit back to us.
