Not only is our CEO brilliant, but he is also caring and innovative. The people I work with are driven and motivated by helping our clients succeed. Ryan places a high emphasis on ethics and doing the right thing- in a non ironic sort of way. The company truly empowers its employees to make the right decisions and to feel safe when reporting issues. Not only this, but the whole company gets a week off during Summer if Ryan is named as one of the best places to work. Apparently, there hasn't been a summer in recent memory where that wasn't true.

Somewhat arbitrary hierarchy of roles and titles. It probably made sense in the early days, but with new acquisitions, it could become a point of contention or team morale issue when legacy internal team members are lower ranked than incoming acquisition team members who may or may not have the same level of experience.
