- Spontaneous schedule; some weeks required minimal work where other weeks required 60+ hours with little/no warning - Potential micromanagement during busy season - "Unlimited" PTO. I would much prefer to have a set number of days off than needing to request it through management with a chance of it being denied - Lackluster training during the first few weeks
