You have no control about which community you are put in and depending on where management decides to put you, it can be feast or famine as far as sales. They also changed the bonus structure to reduce your earnings about 25%.-30%. You get one weekend off a month and work into the evening, so there is little family time. You get no paid vacation, holidays or sick time.
