Great company but TERRIBLE people, you are overworked and you can ask for help and it is never taken seriously until it becomes a problem for the management team or affects another department. They give you a job and expect you to die there if you are good at it!

Great hours, I have an awesome OS and OM. I was salary exempt so if I worked over 40 hours I was paid hourly after that. I was also paid weekly which was extremely nice.

You get to work on real supply chain problems that actually matter to operations, not just theoretical stuff. Remote flexibility is solid and the work-life balance is fair. The tech stack is modern (Snowflake, Azure, Power BI) and if you're someone who takes initiative, you'll get the chance to own things end-to-end. The people you work with day-to-day are genuinely good and most teams have a collaborative culture.

Growth from senior level and beyond can be painfully slow even when you're clearly doing the work above your role. Leadership and org changes happen often which resets your visibility and momentum with whoever is advocating for you. Some areas still lack clear ownership so things fall through the cracks or land on whoever is willing to pick them up. Pay doesn't always reflect the scope of what you're actually doing.
